RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return policy allows you to return your item(s) unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization and ship back your return. We DO NOT provide return shipping labels. If your order is not postmarked within 30 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that due to hygienic concerns, if there is pet hair on your returned item, or any other sign of use (i.e. deodorant, perfume, cologne etc. odor), it will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs on returned items.
Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
