How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Thanks so much for your order! In most cases you should receive your order within 2-5 business days for most states. $4.95 flat rate shipping offer only applies to continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico excluded.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

How do I return a product?

You can return an item as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. To get started, head to the Shipping/Returns tab on the website and enter your order information to request a return authorization. Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels.
 

Will there be more colors available for Convenience blankets soon?

Yes! We’re actively working on expanding our color and fabric options, as well as new revolutionary designs. We cannot wait to share what’s coming soon!

How do I care for my blanket? 

For the most luxurious, wrinkle free experience, we suggest to machine wash cold and tumble dry low before first use.  In the future, simply refer to the care tag located on the bottom right side of the blanket for care instructions.

What type of material is the blanket made of? 

The Convenience Blanket is constructed with 100% Polyester Fleece, commonly referred to as Faux Fur. Polyester fleece keeps you so warm because it has a layer of raised fibers on both sides of the material. This is made by weaving many loops of thread together and then using a machine to cut down the loops. All of these tiny fibers trap air pockets, keeping you toasty warm.
