Shipping & Returns
In most cases, you should receive your order within 2 to 5 days for most US states. $4.95 flat rate shipping offer only applies to continental U.S. states (i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded).
Our return policy allows you to return your items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization and ship back your return. We DO NOT provide return shipping labels. If your order is not postmarked within 30 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that due to hygienic concerns, if there is pet hair on your returned item, or any other sign of use (i.e. deodorant, perfume, cologne etc. odor), it will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
To protect our small business, customer is responsible for shipping returned items (We do not provide return shipping labels).
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
